I'm stumped. One of the documents she could open was made by Acrobat 6 and some of the ones she couldn't open was made by Acrobat 9 Professional as well as other versions. The fonts used were basic fonts such as Arial, Tahoma, etc. The version of Adobe Reader X she had was current. I remotely took control of her computer and couldn't highlight the text or anything. ![]() The thumbnail of the file actually shows the text but when it's opened they dissapear. When she opens some of our PDF documents, they come up blank (basically, no text). It's the Lion OS and she said she had just updated it to the latest version (that's all I know about the OS, sorry). One of our franchise owners called me who owns a Mac. First off, I don't use or own a Mac so I'm not familiar with the Mac world. I'm hoping someone here can help me figure this out. Came accross a real strange problem with a Mac yesterday. ![]()
